Artificial Nails are beautiful accessories, but they do not have the same utility as natural nails. Do not use them to pry open anything, especially pop tops. Learn to use finger tips not fingernails to prevent weakness or breakage. They should be maintained at an appropriate length for your lifestyle and activity level. Treat them like jewelry and enjoy!
Acrylic Nails: Are nail enhancements done in place of natural nails using a tip to extend the length. Acrylic are more sturdy and durable as compared to gel. It is made by mixing a particular powder and liquid then sculptured onto the nail plate and shaped. Maintenance includes; applying a cuticle oil daily, seeking professional repair when required, Use of rubber gloves when using chemicals or water for long periods. A re-balance is suggested every 2-3 weeks.

Traditional Gel Nails
Gel Nails: A one-part system consisting of a thin application of a thick viscosity gel and is then cured under a LED light. A fantastic option for a natural overlay or with tips for extended length. Gel is not as durable as Acrylic but has more flexibility but less strength.
Do not use your Gel Nails for opening Coke cans, they are jewels, not tools!
