After a career in Corrections, she discovered her fascination with all things skin and beauty. She has honed her skills and become a leader in her field.

Throughout her journey, Pauline and her team have received 24 accolades and prestigious business awards, both for national and international recognition:  Some include DMK NZ Therapist of the Year, NZ Clinic of the Year | Silver, HITO Apprentice of the Year, People’s Choice Awards, Social Media Awards, Ambassador & Marketing, Skin Revision Awards, and the recent recognition as finalists in the IA Awards for Workplace of the Year NZ. She has also had the opportunity to train internationally in Vietnam, Serbia, Los Angeles, and Australia. Pauline has been an industry awards judge and is passionate about giving back to her industry.
