Laser for Tattoo Removal

We understand that misspelled, poorly designed, or simply unwanted tattoos can torment you. Let our tattoo removal treatments be your path to a fresh start.

We treat for both body tattoo removal and cosmetic tattoo removal.

Powered by science-backed innovations, our treatments work to reduce and remove ink colours. Using ultra-short pulses of energy, laser treatments shatter ink pigments, ensuring a removal process, and breaking down most types of tattoo ink colours.

Why choose us? We not only offer laser removal but also alternative options such as Enzyme Removal and Phi Removal, which support pigment reduction and assist with skin health during the removal process.

Before you commit to a tattoo removal treatment plan, we encourage a consultation to discuss the required commitment, treatment plans, and home care obligations to ensure we optimise the outcome and support long term skin health, and results.

A specialist tattoo removal tool is used in a similar way as tattooing or micro pigmentation. A tattoo extraction formula starts working almost immediately after

drawing the original tattoo ink out, moving upwardly through the skin, the crust containing tattoo ink is formed over the treated area in the next few days. As the skin is healing, even more unwanted tattoo ink gets drawn out and

the crust starts to peel off naturally, extracting more unwanted tattoo ink. You are likely to have a secondary crust can occur.

After the procedure and for as long as you have the crust on the skin, keep the treated area dry.

Removal of the tattoo doesn’t end after one treatment. It takes more than one procedure to remove everything you are not satisfied with, but the first results are immediately visible.

The treatment is targeting removal of the outer layers of the epidermis, usually there are no traces or scars because the base layer cells of the epidermis are able to regenerate completely. Clients health and After Care of the treated area will determine the healing process and end result.

The client should follow aftercare advices given by the professional performing the treatment, avoid any abrasive treatments, keep the scab dry for the next 48h and don’t apply any cosmetic or hygienic products to the treated area for 10-14 days.

  • 30mins after the treatment, clean the treated area by dabbing with sterile water on a cotton bud or pad. This is to ensure remove the lymph and for wound disinfection.
  • Skin candy should use 5-7 days after the treatment when scab shedding. A very thin layer of gel is to be applied on the treated area before sleep. It should be applied until the skin relief is restored.
  • Avoid cosmetic for 10-14days on the treated area.
  • DO NOT pick or rub your treated area, the scab should allow it to fall off naturally
  • Avoid solarium, sun baths, saunas, swimming for 2 weeks.
  • DO NOT exercise and body/ facial massage 7 days after the treatment.

    • Minimal to No Scarring – The laser light is designed to leave your healthy skin cells alone. This means that the potential for scarring is low.
    • Effective fading and removal of tattoos – Laser removal can effectively diminish the appearance of tattoos without the lasting effects that can make other methods of removal undesirable.
    • Minimal recovery – After receiving treatments of laser tattoo removal, you need to protect your skin from UV for several days, and effects from the treatment should subside within a few days of treatment.
    • Removing specific or entire tattoos – Laser tattoo removals can remove specific tattoos or clear entire areas.
    • Safety – Laser tattoo removal is one of the safest ways to remove tattoos. The risk of infection is minimal, with few undesirable side effects occur after receiving treatment.

Lasers remove tattoos by breaking up the pigment colours with a high-intensity light beam. Black tattoo pigment absorbs all laser wavelengths, making it the easiest colour to treat. Other colors can only be treated by selected lasers based upon the pigment color.

This treatment utilises a high-powered laser energy to penetrate the skin. This light harmlessly passes through the skin, but it forces pigment particles to begin vibrating. This creates heat, which in turn causes the particles to break into smaller pieces that can be removed by the lymphatic system.

You should first schedule a consultation to evaluate your tattoo and advise you on the process. The number of treatments you need will depend on the age, size, and colour(s) of your tattoo. The color of your skin Fitzpatrick, as well as how deep the tattoo pigment goes, will also affect the removal technique.

After treatment, your treated area may seem like a superficial
burn or wound. Many patients experience immediate whitening
of the area, bruising, swelling, blistering, and scabbing. Here are some basic guidelines to handling these side effects and achieving excellent laser tattoo removal results:

• On the day of treatment, keep the treated area covered with the sterile gauze and Opsite (clear waterproof plastic,
much like glad- wrap) for up to 24 hours on the body or advised by your therapist. After 24 hours,
remove the protected covering off the treated area. It is very important to now leave it to dry naturally. Do NOT USE any creams, soaps etc, unless using SPF25+
sunblock or recommended after care products. In the chance that the tattoo removal may get wet, just leave it to dry naturally and prevent any more
water contact.
• Blistering can be common after tattoo removal and is a part of the natural healing process. Do not be alarmed by blisters,
but please be aware of infection as the blisters may burst, which could potentially lead to infection. If this does occur, apply antiseptic cream to the wound to heal.
• You may apply an icepack if necessary after treatment to help reduce discomfort. You can also take regular Panadol,
but please avoid Aspirin (as it can increase the risk of bruising or bleeding).
• Do not pick any scabs that form. This step is very important to prevent any scarring. Avoid any activity (such as shaving) in
the treated area that may cause scabs to remove.
• Feel free to shower 2 hours after treatment, but avoid high water pressure hitting the treated area. Also, do not soak
the treated area until all scabs and blisters have completely healed – that means no baths, hot tubs, or swimming to prevent the chance of infection.
• Exercise is generally safe after treatment, as long as all other aftercare instructions have been followed.
• Wear a sun block of SPF 25+ or higher over the area for 3 months following treatment.
• Itching is very common due to the dehydrating effect of the laser. Use Vitamin E ointment or hydrocortisone cream
to moisturize the area as it heals.
• If the area looks infected (honey-colored crusting, oozing, spreading redness) or you have an extreme reaction,
immediately contact medical professionals for help.
